With years of experience in construction and real estate development transactions, as well as construction litigation, Scott’s practice centers around commercial real estate transactions, company formation documents, and other transactions. Scott represents developers, landowners, landlords, tenants, contractors, and owners. Scott was admitted to the State Bar in 2004 upon completion of his J.D. from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
