Patrick’s practice focuses in the area of commercial real estate transactions. He has experience
representing large institutional lenders in refinance and purchase transactions for high valued properties
in New York City. Patrick was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2020 upon completion of his J.D.
from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip, New York.
He was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2022.
