Elisa C. Fox

Elisa’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate and construction related matters. Elisa works with her clients in all stages of a real estate project, including drafting and negotiating contracts and leases, structuring debt financing for land acquisition and construction costs, developing entity structures and joint venture arrangements, reviewing title and surveys, drafting and negotiating development and contractor agreements, assisting with liens, insurance and bonding, and closing out construction and transitioning the project to permanent financing. Elisa represents commercial and residential developers, lenders, borrowers, investors, contractors, landlords, tenants, and business owners.
