We represent a variety of lenders, including community and national banks and private equity sources. Our attorneys prepare commercial loan documentation, but also provide due diligence, title research and review, and other services to assist lenders in understanding every facet of the transaction. On the due diligence side, we treat each transaction as if we were representing the client acquiring the property.
