J. Cody Acuff

Cody’s practice focuses on real estate, banking and finance.  He has experience representing developers, lending institutions, investors, landlords and tenants in leasing, acquisition and sales, finance, land-use planning and development transactions. He also handles entity formations associated with real estate transactions.

Cody was admitted to the State Bar in 2013 upon completion of his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law, Fort Worth, Texas.
